If you feel as if life is too difficult and are overwhelmed at the thought of continuing with how things are, we may be a good fit to work together. I provide support for children, adolescents, their families, and individual adults experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, self-harming behaviors, and behavioral difficulties. I help my clients navigate the shame they are experiencing and help lead them to self-compassion and understanding of the 'why' behind their feelings and behaviors.

I provide a safe and non-judgemental space so that you are able to explore all of your feelings without shame or fear. I work from a neurodivergent affirming, Internal Family Systems informed, and strengths based approach while also being flexible in my sessions to meet my clients where they are at.

I understand that it can be scary to reach out to others for help, especially when navigating difficult feelings. Taking the first step many times is the hardest part.
