These barriers might surface in many different ways: anxiety, depression, struggles with eating, identity crises, social conflicts, trouble focusing, low self-esteem, trauma and/or everyday problems that just don’t seem to let up.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults that might be struggling with these difficulties. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and a blended use of DBT, CBT, IFS and Somatic therapy. Additionally, I offer family therapy to strengthen my clients' connection with their loved ones.
