Hey there! My name is Phaina Dubuisson, and I'm a licensed master’s social worker in the state of Georgia. I earned both my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work degree from Kennesaw State University. I have experience providing crisis intervention and therapeutic services to youth, adults, and families. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed lens, and I'm informed in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have a specific passion for working with individuals who have experienced religious trauma or identity as black and queer. My hope is to instill all my clients with confidence and adequate tools to take on life's challenges.
Reaching out for help can sometimes be the hardest step, and I commend you for getting to this stage of the process. If you'll allow me, I would be honored to provide you with the support you deserve throughout your wellness journey.
