You came into this world feeling whole. Then life happened and you lost that feeling. It's so close, that feeling, you can almost sense it. You long to feel it again. If this is you, then you have come to the right place. Whether you are a person or a relationship, I believe you have the capacity to recover that potential you sense within you. I am here to create a safe space for you to play and uncover your wholeness. Sometimes safety comes from taking that risk you have been avoiding, but doing so with support. I will walk with you as you go into that dark cave and retrieve the jewel of your brilliance that lies glittering within.

I have experience in companioning Grief and in unlocking the Creative Process. I like helping Couples to see each other again with new eyes. I welcome clients who want to bring Spirituality to Therapy. I invite them to explore their Depth with Stories and Myths, Dreamwork, Writing/Art or Cinema, or some other practice they may personally resonate with.

As a South Asian immigrant in the US, I have experienced losses on many levels. And yet, the ongoing struggle to balance multiple identities and to integrate has brought me closer to my own essence.
