Exploring a difficult relationship, understanding your grief process, or managing your anxiety in social situations can be steps on the path towards mental health. My goal is to help you reduce self-judgment and increase insight into the changes you have the power to make. Together, we create a reprieve from life's demands and focus exclusively on your needs. When we understand our experiences more holistically with less shame and guilt, symptom relief and confidence often follow.

My style is warm and inviting, with a focus on non-judgmental acceptance of your experiences and values. I encourage collaboration and believe it is important to explore both the root causes and the "here and now" symptoms. Yes, we will focus on increasing your coping and self-care. Though it's also important to understand how and why the symptoms began.

Because it’s important to find the right fit, I’m happy to answer questions or address concerns prior to starting. To accommodate all schedules, I have early morning hours and offer telehealth appointments.
