I approach the therapy relationship from an open and collaborative perspective. I predominantly use interpersonal, mindfulness, and family systems theories in my clinical work. Long term maintenance of growth tends to include deeper self reflection, exploring coping and relationship patterns, and emotional awareness.
I have received specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy and Integrative Health Coaching. Other interests include: women's health-specifically endocrine issues and peri/menopause, wellness from an integrative health perspective and meditation/mindfulness. I am currently seeking certification as a Menopause Specialist healthcare provider.
