You do not need to be at your breaking point to seek support. I aim to provide clients with a safe space to process, share, and feel without judgment. I am a virtual-only counselor, and I believe that telehealth is a highly effective means of therapy. I primarily work with clients who are dealing with anxiety issues, OCD, depression, and disordered eating. Clients who wish to overcome their perfectionism, fears, and thought processes that are holding them back would be a great fit with my style and work.
My approach is person-centered. I utilize tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Narrative Therapy. I teach mindfulness as a tool to regulate stress, emotions, and the body. I enjoy working with teens and adults to help work through relationship issues, emotional regulation, and navigating deeper challenges.
