I work with children (8+), teens, college students, parents, and families dealing with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, grief, and past trauma. I am a support for family members of someone with addiction or other severe mental health concerns. I utilize EMDR, activity therapy techniques, expressive arts, activity therapy, sand tray, and talk therapy.
