My style of talk therapy is focused on helping you unlock your innate wellness, growth, and intuition by helping you sort through and process your emotions, and asking you empowering questions for reflection and insight. I also use brainspotting (a brain- & mindfulness-based approach) to help clients process and regulate emotions on a neurological level.
