Hello and welcome! You have found a good fit if you are looking to learn new and effective ways to manage anxiety, stress and overwhelm, if you are a parent who has discovered that you need extra support to parent the way you desire and/or if you feel that issues from your past are preventing you from living the life you want. Additionally, you have found a good fit if you are looking to work on better communication with others in your life and/or have a highly sensitive personality, also known as sensory processing sensitivity. Being passionate about these areas, I have fine-tuned my skills to support those with these needs.
I do so by helping my clients find effective coping skills to manage anxiety and life stressors, often through body mindfulness. I meet you in a way that you feel seen, heard and validated as you share your story. Together we discover ways you can meet the unique challenges of your life and bring hope back, resulting in feeling empowered and confident.
