I work with adults, adolescents & couples facing issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, relationship struggles, identity exploration, life transitions & more while maintaining a strengths-based, neurodiverse-affirming & gender-affirming lens. Some clients enjoy using art; others seek more traditional therapeutic approaches. Regardless of technique, building a compassionate relationship that supports growth is illuminating.
I am compassionate, warm, and client-centered. I am also HUMAN; sometimes weird and awkward too. I am comfortable truly being with people while they shed light on their challenges and work towards a better understanding of themselves. Utilizing a variety of modalities, I am skilled at shaping the therapeutic process that meets your individual needs.
