My work is deeply grounded in my values of social justice, body liberation, and the belief that no one can determine your health by your appearance. I am also trained in EMDR, which is a powerful modality to treat anxiety and trauma symptoms.

My therapeutic style is highly engaged, dynamic, and interactive. I am down-to-earth and humorous while remaining laser-focused on your goals. I bring a huge toolbox from my doctoral training to make sure you walk away with new insights and skills from our work together.
