I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, and complex family systems in identifying their strengths to work through challenges. Whether you are experiencing intrusive thoughts, depression, anxiety, impacts of trauma, or executive functioning difficulties, we’ll work together to develop strategies to make your days feel more balanced.

I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore vulnerabilities with compassion, directness, and humor. I use a variety of interventions that best meet the identified needs of the client, always through the lens of strength-based and trauma-informed care.
