Life often does not go as planned or how we expect it to go. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in NH, ME, and MA, I enjoy partnering with teens, young adults, and adults to support and work through the challenges they are experiencing. You can count on me to be present and work with you in sessions in a curious, direct, and understanding way. I will help you to develop goals and direction for the work we will do together.

Over the past decade of working with teens, young adults, and parents I have developed an approach grounded in the idea that we can and do hard things everyday. I have experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth and their families.

At times we need support and guidance to learn, grow, and heal from the situations we find ourselves in. With a trauma informed background in CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, Wilderness Therapy, and Family Systems, every client can expect a personalized approach.
