Trauma Recovery Skills Group
This 8-week online group will teach coping skills that trauma survivors can use to manage stress related to their trauma in a supportive environment. Prior to the group, you will briefly meet with the group facilitator. This is a good group for people who are not ready for intensive trauma therapy or for individuals who have completed trauma therapy and who want additional skills training and supportive services. You will never be asked to share details of your trauma in the group as this is not a processing group but a skill-based group. Call for more information about hours, fees and other questions.
