Most clients begin therapy with me when they encounter relational and emotional challenges that do not appear to resolve and continue to create distress. This could entail a conflictual marriage, grief of a loved one, or lack of self-confidence. By processing their experiences, however traumatic, confusing, or frustrating they can be, I hope to start the healing process that will address the anxiety, depression, or broken relationships. On this new road of recovery, clients can identify what they need and want to have more satisfaction and meaning in life.
I have worked in various settings including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, community mental health, and school districts; yet regardless of what circumstance you find yourself in, I hope to provide safety and openness that fosters opportunity for you to understand more about yourself and what you need to thrive.
