Life is full of messy tensions. People who are supposed to be the safest let us down. The things we know are good for us can be the most difficult to follow through. At one moment, we feel paralyzed by inaction, and in the next, we can be flooded by thoughts. Sorting through these tensions alone can be scary, frustrating, and exhausting. It is my joy and privilege to help clients experience relief from the emotional pain they carry, while also developing a deep understanding of themselves.
I have a particular passion for issues related to faith and spirituality including spiritual abuse, religious trauma, faith deconstruction, clergy care, and spiritual formation. These are some of the most intimate aspects of ourselves, and being able to give voice to these experiences in therapy can help foster a more integrated faith journey.

The group is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one and is looking to be a part of a community seeking mutual healing.
