I have been working with adolescents, adults, and families for over 10 years. Helping others overcome personal obstacles and live authentically is my focus. I have experience working with mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, affirming gender and sexuality, nontraditional relationships, and family systems. My focus is on working with young adults, adults, and families who are struggling with their current life situations and mental health, specifically those in the LGBTQ+ community. I also enjoy supporting the therapeutic needs of counselors and others in the helping profession.

Therapy is a process to overcome and work through challenges, but also a form of self care. My goal is to help improve lives through the lens of attachment and neuroscience, keeping a trauma-responsive and sex positive focus. I hope to be a source of growth and empowerment for clients and their families for stepping into their authentic selves.
