I have experience working with communication & relationship issues, anxiety and depression, and grief & loss. I also specialize with addiction & substance use disorders and recovery from trauma. I help individuals and families build the skills to manage the unexpected as well as everyday stress, and empower people to create the change they want in life.

Using specific strategies and tools we will work together to move you towards the change you want.
