Not accepting new clients, wait list available. I understand that mental health and substance use offer challenges to individuals and families, sometimes requiring outside help to overcome these issues. I provide you as a client with a safe, nonjudgmental space to enhance self discovery and skill building to lead to a healthy lifestyle. My goals for all of my clients include building on effective life skills, learning new coping skills that empower you to reach your goals, processing past traumas to change core beliefs about yourself and the world, and overall feeling respected as a human being through the therapy process.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC), and Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). I have over 12 years of experience providing individual and family therapy with adolescents, young adults, and adults with mental health and substance use disorders.
