I am a trauma therapist who specializes in anxiety, OCD, relationship issues (with self and others), and CPTSD/PTSD. In our work together, we will uncover your individual needs to figure out the -how- of this work for -you-.
We will differentiate familial, societal, and cultural conditioning from your inner guide. With curiosity and compassion for all parts of you, we will fine tune intentions around your relationships, daily life, and inner dialogues. I work with individuals to strengthen communication, boundaries, and emotional awareness. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
