Welcome to my page! Are you feeling overwhelmed by your emotions or the emotions of others? Do you struggle to set boundaries or constantly prioritize others' needs over your own? Or, maybe you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself. Therapy can help uncover the barriers that are in the way so you can begin to feel like your true self again. As a trauma informed somatic experience and ketamine assisted psychotherapist, I work with clients in uncovering the activation patterns that keep them stuck. Additionally, I work with individuals with complex trauma histories and/or those with medical or syndromal conditions.

As a somatic psychotherapist, I believe in the importance of connection between the mind and the body. Through somatic experiencing, we learn to recognize stress patterns and restore balance as we can gain insight into emotional and spiritual experiences, and ultimately, achieve a greater sense of well-being.

One of the most important parts in starting therapy is in finding providers that are the right fit for you. For this reason I offer a 15-20-min consultation, free of charge.
