My therapy style is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection. I deeply believe in the significance of you having a space where you can say whatever comes to mind in an uncensored manner without the fear of judgment. In each session, I strive to provide that warm, accepting, and open space for you. Finding the right therapist and the right fit is extremely important. It is my belief that the relationship we build together is the cornerstone of your therapy work. You are the expert of your own experience. This means that you know yourself best.

However, I am here as a collaborator, and an ally, and will gently challenge you along the way. My hope is that therapy is a deeply personal experience that helps you achieve increased self-awareness, strengthens your instincts, and advances emotional growth. I believe that each person is unique. Therefore, I tailor my approach to you as an individual.

Together we will co-create sessions that address your specific needs. As a psychotherapist with advanced clinical training in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic techniques I primarily use those modalities as a way for us to bring unconscious thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior to the surface and look at them in a new light.
