I know the visceral pain of grief and have joined many people in exploring the complex and ever-evolving emotions within it. I often work with people after the death of a loved one, including those who’ve lost someone to suicide, an often uniquely isolating experience. You may be experiencing loss related to a breakup, family disconnection, or change in identity. These bring grief, too. All sorts of life changes can deeply impact us and are worthy of attention. I also work with people seeking support for anxiety and self-criticism. If you’re really hard on yourself and want to cultivate more self-compassion, we may be a good fit.
Our relationship will be the foundation of our work together. We really do heal through relationships – feeling seen and understood by a caring, reliable person can lead to so much healing. This is the heart of why I love therapy.
