Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I provide in person and virtual counseling. Life can be messy. Sometimes we just need someone to help us untie the knots. I have a "here and now" approach. I encourage connection between mind, body and spirit and am not afraid to work with internal conflict. I am trained in cognitive, somatic, and pain management techniques (including PRT - Pain Reprocessing Therapy and EMDR) and incorporate spiritual interventions to those interested.
With a background in both counseling & theology, I am uniquely equipped to walk clients through spiritual & existential struggles. I live with chronic pain and many of the tools I use with clients were vetted through life experience. Counseling may seem unrealistic when one is already overwhelmed. Reach out anyway.
