I have a special interest and knack for working with individuals in leadership and helping positions find grounding, balance, and most importantly, self acceptance. My approach will be tailored just for you, utilizing a blend of holistic, integrative, trauma-informed approaches including Internal Family Systems (or "parts work"), somatic work, and mindfulness.
