I am trans and queer affirming, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressionist.
At the core, I offer space, deep listening, and guidance to support you in reconnecting with yourself. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices to support you in accessing your innate ability to heal. In our work together, I hold you in your greatness with a knowing that all that you need is already inside of you.
