My professional experience consistently reminds me of the anecdotal truth that mental health challenges rarely occur in a vacuum. While our struggles are deeply personal, they are largely driven by the systemic-relational forces in our lives. Often times, these struggles breed negative outlooks which develop a lack of purpose and connection. Without purpose and connection, what happens to your authentic voice? Without purpose and connection, how often does anxiety and/or depression hijack your thinking? My style is for you, your marriage, or your family if you/they are in need of reconnection, restoration, and healthy collaboration
It is my mission to approach each new client with a mindful, clinically tailored approach. I relish the privilege to work with individuals, families, and couples who hope to repair, renew, or recreate meaningful connections while eliminating any lasting resentment or mistrust. I offer 60- and 90-minute sessions depending on the nature of your goals.
I hope to validate the presence of my client's issues through examining their root causes and identifying their authentic needs in order to catalyze lasting, meaningful healing. I hope to show them that they are equipped to achieve or resolve anything they've deemed unmanageable. And lastly, I hope to always be a pillar of unconditional, trustworthy support!
