I’m so glad you landed here. Welcome to the wonderful world of somatic therapy! I know it can feel intimidating to embark on a journey of self-improvement and self-acceptance. Luckily, I specialize in SE (Somatic Experiencing), a gentle approach to trauma-informed counseling that helps you ease into the process. It's great for beginners to therapy, as well as longtime therapy-goers who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy and want to access a new part of the work. I believe that therapy is at its best when it’s an open and inviting process, and one of my favorite aspects of SE is its collaborative nature.
I value your agency and hope to walk with you on your therapeutic journey while empowering you to make the best decisions for yourself. Along the way I can ensure your safety, and I promise to hold your pain with you without bias or judgment. I can help you build greater awareness, both around your emotional experiences and somatic (body) experiences.
If you find yourself stuck in unhealthy patterns or struggling with self- acceptance, I am here for you. I like to work in a low pressure, outdoor environment that I feel makes therapy much more approachable.
