I welcome you to join me in a safe space for compassionate self-exploration. I work with individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions. I specialize in working with individuals who experienced difficult childhoods such as: dysfunctional families, emotionally immature parents, abuse and/or neglect, parental substance use and/or mental health issues, financial insecurity, immigration, high control religions, or military brats. I work with individuals with complex trauma symptoms that are diagnosed as dissociative disorders (including DID and OSDD) and Borderline Personality Disorder.
The key themes you will find in working with me are awareness and choice. I utilize an integrated approach of several modalities in order to use the best tool for you. Currently training in EMDR & available to work with clients to process experiences or feelings that leave you overwhelmed and distressed.
My counseling approach helps you slow down and get to know yourself better so that you can live according to your authentic self, values, and priorities. I have lived experience, training, and counseling experience that make me a qualified counselor for parents, LGTBQ+, neurodivergent, and ethically non-monogamous people.
