Regardless of what led you here, congratulations on taking this big step towards your healing and growth. If you've been hurt in relationship, you can heal through relationship. My hope is that our journey together will help you gain clarity and tools for reaching your goals and becoming the version of yourself you are proud of. While I work with a variety of issues, I specialize in processing trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues + life transitions. I help my clients connect to their bodies and ultimately live in freedom. For those who desire, we can also integrate Christian faith into therapy as well.
I utilize Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR, walk and talk, with attachment-based interventions. My intention is that the safety of my office (in-person or virtual) will be a part of the healing process for you.
I would love to connect to see if we are a good fit and look forward to potentially learning your story. We can meet in the comfort of your own home via Telehealth (for TX residents), on a walk or in the office. Please email me and we can schedule a FREE 15-minute phone consult or zoom call to connect!
