Sometimes, we feel the need to be vulnerable but don't out of fear of judgment. This stops us from connecting with others, establishing healthy boundaries, and making better decisions.

I will provide you with the space to explore generational patterns that have benefitted and hindered you. In doing so, you will acquire the knowledge to overcome your anxiety, depression, and other life obstacles. I will help you reframe your understanding of vulnerability and see it as a strength and not a weakness. It is time to be different!
