I'm deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges and strive for fulfillment. I specialize in a range of issues, including but not limited to — relationships, confidence, depression, trauma, anxiety, and grief. With couples, I focus on unraveling problematic dynamics to foster healthier interactions. I also offer EMDR, an effective tool for trauma resolution, and for those seeking a more extensive exploration I offer psychoanalysis.

I began my journey as a therapist after years in the arts and a life of athletics, granting me insight into the struggles faced by individuals in these realms. However, I believe anyone can benefit from therapy when they feel stuck or off course in their life's journey. My aim is to help clients untangle conflicts and rediscover pathways to flourishing.

Fee is $175-$225 per session depending on financial need. I do not take insurance but will happily provide you with a super bill. If you are interested in psychoanalysis, which involves multiple days per week, I am happy to adjust fee within reason to make the experience possible.
