Our work together will provide you with a supportive space to process your emotions and cultivate an awareness of your feelings without judgment. This approach will allow your emotions to flow through you, instead of stagnating within you. We will focus on your personal journey, using my observations and experiences with you in our sessions to uncover insights into your relational patterns. My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment that promotes safety, expansion, curiosity, and creativity, utilizing a nurturing yet straightforward approach.

Together, we will illuminate the hidden aspects of your inner world, sometimes exploring through dreams, fantasies, metaphors, and imagery. We will delve into your early childhood attachment patterns and how they influence your current relationships. Creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and seen is my top priority.

I have worked with adults, adolescents, and couples on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. As a first generation child of immigrants, my research and interests have included the bicultural and/or immigrant experience, transgenerational trauma, cultural complexes, and more.
