Sorry- I'm not accepting new clients at this time. I provide supportive, strengths-based therapy for women and and gender-diverse clients. I know you are the expert on your own life and I view therapy as a collaborative process to deepen your self-understanding. I incorporate elements of many types of therapy including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you explore relational patterns, understand connections between your thoughts and feelings, learn new coping skills, and increase your self-awareness and self-compassion.
I specialize in working with ADHD and autistic women, and love helping clients understand their unique neurodivergent brains and learn skills to cope with executive dysfunction and sensory sensitivities. I have specialized training in therapy during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout the transition to parenthood. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist.
I believe a close, supportive therapeutic relationship is an important part of successful therapy. I provide a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental environment to explore your concerns.
