I am passionate about helping pre-teens, teens, and young adults heal, grow, and become the free and joy-filled people God created them to be. I believe in the potential each of us has to be a light in the world, namely through safe relationship that allows us to see our sweetness, face our darkness, and experience ourselves as fully, forever loved. That's the sort of space I hope to create with each of my clients. I want you to feel safe and heard, as well as gently challenged when needed. You can think of me as a millennial big sister. I’m here to be with you, listen to you, and help you carry what's too heavy to carry alone.

My therapy approach is holistic, engaging your body, mind and spirit in the process. Therapy with me often includes storytelling, emotion exploration, identifying thought patterns + core beliefs, parts work, psychoeducation, and practical coping and relationship skills. I'm a follower of Jesus and love to incorporate faith if you desire it.
