I bring 20+ years of experience to helping individuals and couples address the wounds, unmet needs and relationship dynamics that cause them so much pain.

I help clients identify and process through unmet needs, "unfelt" feelings, and relational patterns that create distress and keep you stuck. We'll explore new ways of connecting in the present, with self and others. EMDR can also be integrated. Integration of spirituality and processing church hurt/burnout is an area of expertise that some clients desire.
