Do you feel lonely or dissatisfied in your closest relationships? Are you feeling anxious? Depressed? Do you struggle with the 'imposter syndrome,' where you are capable in many areas of your life, but deep down feel incompetent or worthless? We can work together to help you heal. I bring 20+ years of experience to helping people work through depression, anxiety and the underlying wounds, unmet needs and relationship patterns.

I help clients identify and process through unmet needs, "unfelt" feelings, and relational patterns that create distress and keep you stuck. We'll explore new ways of connecting in the present, with self and others. EMDR can also be integrated. Integration of spirituality and processing church hurt/burnout is an area of expertise that some clients desire.
