Hi there, I'm Spencer. In addition helping people with depression, anxiety, and addiction, I have a passion for helping people with relationship issues, especially marriage difficulties. I'm suited for those facing divorce who are interested in reconciliation and want someone to walk alongside them. I am a follower of Jesus and I welcome spiritual integration into the therapeutic process. I am available virtually for California clients.
I was trained in a program that focused on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy but I pull from a few other places such as Psychodynamic and Family Systems Theory. I spent a few years in church work prior to becoming a therapist, so I have also learned from various Christian leaders and the Bible itself regarding the human condition and outlook.
