When you’re struggling or in pain, you shouldn’t have to go through it alone. There are reasons why you’re feeling the way that you do, and I am here to work through it with you. I provide counseling services for individual adults and couples through issues such as identity formation, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions and relationship struggles. My desire is to help you in your particular areas of suffering, and bring healing, hope and growth into your process.
I see therapy as a safe space where life stories can be shared and accepted without judgment. My strength is creating a holding place that fosters openness and vulnerability, while challenging my clients to lean into the discomfort. I believe that enables my clients to face the pain and shame they experience, and move towards positive change.
My faith as a Christian guides my practice, and whether or not spirituality is integrated into therapy, I believe each person holds significant worth and potential. I meet each client where they are at, and collaborate with them on providing the clinical care best suited for each person.
