Most people who seek counseling do so because something in their life is not quite right. I have worked with teens, individual adults, and couples for the past decade, and it's my heart's work to help each of my clients be their best selves. I provide my clients with a safe space to share their experiences, fears, and dreams as we build trust together. Then we experiment with new solutions, new perspectives, new tools, and new ways of being.
I offer free initial phone consultations so we can discern if I'm a good fit for you. Many of my clients describe me as warm, compassionate, encouraging, and down-to-earth, someone they can both laugh and cry with.
