Relationships can be messy and painful when we stop seeing each other’s hearts. We build walls, cast blame, walk away, or beg them to keep loving us.

I am an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT). I help individuals and couples to slow down, pause, and heal. We will uncover what’s holding you back from experiencing more joy. Being a caregiver can be challenging and rewarding. We'll explore how to care for yourself as a caregiver by taking steps to protect your health and well-being. Self care includes nutrition, physical activity, stress management and coping, dealing with fear of recurrence, and deep breathing/meditation. You'll learn to better understand what your loved one is going through while developing skills for coping and caring. You'll have opportunities to share the ups and downs of your journey with other people who are in similar situations. This can give you a greater sense of control and community.
