In my work, I aim to create a warm, encouraging, and collaborative relationship with clients - where we can work together as a team. I believe in empowering my clients to expand upon their strengths, while also acting as a supportive figure in helping them to widen their perspectives on patterns of thoughts and behaviors.
I approach my clients with an anti-oppressive, emotion-focused, strength-based, mind/body, and trauma focused lens. I bring in aspects of CBT, CPT, ACT, and DBT, while also believing in the power of mindfulness practices. My artistic background also allows me to offer my clients the option to integrate the creative arts as another modality of healing.
