Because each person carries a unique history and specific challenges, I am trained in a number of psychological theories including psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, DBT, ACT, Somatic Experiencing ®, and CPT.
Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, substance abuse, and trauma, I am also a regular presenter at conferences on topics such as diversity issues in the treatment of eating disorders, the client/therapist relationship, and the treatment of co-occurring eating disorder and substance abuse diagnoses.
