I work with young adults and teens experiencing anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviors, trauma, and issues related to identity. I provide a space for you to feel all of your emotions without judgement. I help you decrease your symptoms by helping you discover the hidden wisdom in your behaviors and feelings.

During this call, you will have the opportunity to ask me questions and chat about your goals.
