I truly believe we all have the potential for health and healing. Life can be painful. Therapy doesn't have to be. Many people see therapy as one-sided, with little opportunity for interaction. I offer judgement free, trauma informed care. I focus on your goals and needs through person centered skill building, trauma work, and mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR therapy and utilize this with clients who are interested, as well as other techniques listed in my profile.
