I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I have particular interest in navigating complex trauma, including emotional abuse and neglect, religious trauma, and navigating neurotypical expectations as a neurodivergent person.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I primarily use EMDR and parts work; for more details about what that would look like, please schedule a free consultation with me.
