Hi there, welcome to my page! My clinical focus areas include: neurodivergence, especially ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ challenges. I view a strong client-counselor relationship as foundational to all meaningful therapy. I believe that each one of us intrinsically possesses value and is deserving of love, respect, and the opportunity to evolve. It is my intention to create an inclusive & non-judgmental space in order to support my clients through challenging seasons and walk alongside them as they move towards growth.

I work with adults, adolescents, & children 7+. I have significant experience & training working with ADHD and Autistic clients, or those exploring ADHD and Autism. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I utilize talk therapy, and expressive arts & play therapy.
