Mastering Anxiety: An online 9-week therapy group helps members gain tools to manage their anxiety by teaching the principles of Mindfulness, CBT, and the polyvagal theory. This group mixes art therapy, somatic awareness and psychoeducation to group members. Group members will learn over 50 somatic tools to help them learn to self-soothe. Beginning February 28th – April 24th, 2023. It is an online group, and anyone in CA or OR can attend. I am accepting OHP, PacificSource, Aetna, and Out of Network Benefits. Transforming Trauma: An online 8-week ONLINE therapy group helps members gain tools to understand, build compassion for and transform how one interacts with their trauma.
