Young Adult Group (Mid 20's - Late 30's)
Next group starts October 2023: This is a mindfulness based group. We talk about any and all issues; relationships, school, job stuff, friends and family. Then we look at how to apply more mindfulness and self compassion to these issues. It is a place to get support, learn about yourself, and practice being in close relationships with others. Then in January the group concludes with a wilderness retreat in Joshua Tree, CA. The retreats are super fun and one of the best parts of being in a group. Reach out with any questions!

Mindfulness Based Group
This is a three month online group designed to help you put into place all those practices your therapist recommends but seem so hard to implement. We do better at learning new things when we are in community. This group is about setting goals and intentions and then using mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you stay connected those intentions. This group ends with an in person nature based retreat.
