Consistently, I am drawn to work with people who have experienced complex trauma — or the experience of many, often relational wounds that lead to feeling disconnected from oneself. Sometimes this means not knowing how you really feel and frequently putting others needs over your own. Most of my clients are hard-working and want to overcome anxiety and perfectionism. They want more peace, more confidence, and better boundaries. They come to me to learn how to fully embody who they truly are.
If much of the pains you have experienced have occurred in relationship, relationship is where they can be healed. Therapy needs to be collaborative and safe. My therapeutic style is nonjudgmental, caring, and, at times, irreverent. The therapeutic modalities I use are evidence-based and client-centered. This means you are in control with me as your guide.

Groups
DBT Skills Group for Adults
DBT Skills Group is for people who struggle to manage overwhelming emotions and want to learn coping skills to deal with stress. You will learn how to be mindful and present in your own life as well as how to survive a crisis without making it worse. My teaching style is enthusiastic and interactive, while honoring each person's different communication and learning style. This group requires a commitment of 24 weeks as well as a consultation session to see if you are a good fit for the group. Each group costs $75. Our group is currently accepting new members!
